Asimov - Warlord of Kalgan

Right. So, I've been reading the foundation series again. And I had lost (and recently rediscovered) the Second Foundation book. As I was reading, I came across this one sentance reference to the Warlord of Kalgan. How, the last time a character had seen him, he was wearing a monocle and a fur lined red robe and his hat was high.

And it stayed with me. The idea changed a bit from original concept to here, but I kind of like the way he came out. Done up this afternoon, from original sketch to finished color.
